Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a toilet on board as we do not know what specific boat will be used at the time of your cruise.

Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi on board.
Is it possible to book a private tour?

How large will the group size be during the public tours?
This can vary of course, but we hold a maximum number of 20 passengers on board.
How long does the cruise take?
Our public tours last for 2 hours.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! Bringing dogs on board is allowed if it does not disrupt other guests.
Are there drinks and snack options on the boat?
We have a selection of both of sodas and alcoholic drinks available as well as traditional Dutch snacks.
Is there wheelchair accessibility?
Unfortunately, our boats do not have wheelchair access, however we always do our very best to accommodate this upon request in advance.
Can I change my reservation?
This is no problem at all, you can adjust your booking up to 24 hours in advance. You can do this yourself by following the link in your email confirmation or by contacting us directly.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, we understand that plans can change so you can easily cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
What happens if there are severe weather warnings?
This is of course something that can happen, if this is the case then we must cancel our tours. In this scenario we will notify you of this change and either re-book you or refund your tickets.
Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your own drinks and food, we have a bar and snacks on board.
